Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Tea (loose or bagged) is NON-RETURNABLE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The shipping policy information here pertains only to customers in the United States.
If you would like to ship to an address outside the United States, please contact us via email or phone.
Is usually processed and shipped within 3 business days.
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

Erika’s Tea Room uses Authorize.net to process you card details securely online.
Authorize.Net passes the secure transaction information via a secure connection to the Processor. The Merchant Bank's Processor submits the transaction to the credit card network (like Visa or MasterCard). The credit card network routes the transaction to the bank that issued the credit card to the customer.
We do not store any of your personal card information on our site.

Policy on Children in the Tea Room
Erika's Tea Room is not a children’s tea room! We welcome your well behaved little ones over 12 years old, and can be talked into a tad younger during the week but not on Saturdays or Sundays. No babies please…if we only had time our staff would love to spoil your wee ones while you have tea but we just don’t have that luxury. Since nothing is as relaxing as having a cup of tea, we want your experience to be a peaceful one.
